What are you even talking about? What does cities not banning single-use plastic have to do with my so-called virtue signalling?

I’d say I did go and continuously go above and beyond. I’ve written my thesis on single use plastic ban, did two masters degrees in the field, worked for an international microplastics data collection project in freshwaters in USA and Icelandic National Parks, pick up trash on my hikes, organised beach clean-ups on multiple SEAn islands, built an earthship out of plastic bottles and old tires in a slum, and I avoid single-use plastic in my every day life. (I am sure I could think of more)

My advice: Next time, refrain from personal attacks if you know nothing about the author.
