…f my old jobs, the same boss gave me two comments that define sexism and racism towards Asian women. Him: You are so sensitive. Why are women so sensitive? I was asking for feedback about a recent piece of work. Him again: I have a higher expectation of you getting this excel right because all Asians are trained to be good at math.
