Well, it’s in the way you put it -helping an entire country with their tourism.

I worked pro-bono for NGO’s for two years in SEA and India, and I realised white saviour complex in myself. I thought I could just waltz in, and solve all their problems.

As a side note: I personally think The Philippines is pretty much plagued with tourism. Thailand has been ruined by it imo. (Lived there for a year)
