Sweden does well and makes the environment great for those in Swdeden, but “exports” environmental consequences.

The biggest polluter industries are fashion, energy, transport, and agriculture. We have the tech to shift to more sustainable food production practuces like agro forestry from monocultures.

What an individual can do is cote with your money, buy local, naked produce. Sweden overpacks fruits and veg, make a point leaving the plastic on the shelves, or buying at markets or zero waste shops.. etc

Call H&M and other fast fashion companies out on their fake sustainability efforts — they started the problem in the first place and now they bandage it.

Write letters to your representatives, to brands that you like but would appreciate let’s say recuclable packaging.

As individuals, we can change the system, they way we produce things with how we allocate our money in wealthy countries, especially.
