Is there a dichotomy, though? Was the pre-pandemic world simpler? Wasn’t it just injustice being buried in the system so it ran deep and insidious? A lot of uncofortbale thruths are exposed in a clearer light now, so in a way, it is simpler now. We have the tools to expose systemic idiocy and injustice. We can now put a finger on what needs to be changed. In a way, despite the chaos of it all, it feels a lot more reassuring.
