I wholeheartedly applaud this. Whenever I go to bed, I feel terribly tired if I have to get up before 8 am. Especially at winter, in the city. Nature holidays are of course different, I am up with the sun, and annoyingly energetic.
It really does feel like there is so much material in praise of early risers, it did give me anxiety, and made me feel like a lazy person for not getting up in the dark.
